The Assessment Process

Secure Your Appointment
Book your assessment appointment and pay the initial deposit to secure your time. This confirms your place and allows us to begin preparing for your assessment.
Complete Online Screeners
You will be sent a set of validated screening questionnaires to complete online at your own pace prior to the appointment. These help tailor the assessment to your specific needs.
Face-to-Face Assessment
Attend your in-depth, face-to-face assessment. The duration varies based on the tools required following your screener results — typically approximately 3 hours.
Remaining Payment Due
The remaining balance of your assessment fee is due on the day of your appointment. Payment plans are available — please enquire via email or the contact form.
Report & Feedback Session
Within 3–4 weeks, you will receive a full, comprehensive written report. A feedback session is then held to walk through the findings, next steps, and tailored treatment recommendations.
