Progress is reviewed regularly through open, collaborative conversations. Therapy evolves with you when you begin progressing, we will space out sessions with longer time intervals to reflect your progress.

Conclusion of Therapy

The goal of therapy is to end therapy. Once your goals are achieved, we review your strategies and conclude with confidence. Our door remains open — should anything change, you are always welcome to return.
